2 Chinese Nationals Indicted in New York Over Plot to Build Mass-Scale Meth Facility

Jose Luis Magana/AP PhotoTwo Chinese nationals were indicted in New York for allegedly developing and marketing an industrial-scale facility for the mass production of methamphetamine, according to federal prosecutors.Cui Wenfeng, 41, also known as “Vincen,” and Pang Fan, 26, also known as “Jerry,” were charged in an indictment unsealed on April 27, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. The two were arrested in New York City on Feb. 2.
